This family tree would not have been compiled at all if my wife, Heather, had not 
spent a great amount of her time over the last eight years, or more, researching both 
her own ancestry, as well as that on my side of the family. Firstly then, a big 
thank you to Heather. Secondly, another big thank you to Roy White for the Grenfell 
and some other Cornish lines in my tree. Thanks also to 'Cornishmaid' from the 
Penwith Genealogy Board for further Cornish connections.

Some interesting details have come to light concerning some of my ancestors with, no
